When they came across my listing of a 19th century home, one late spring day, their hearts swelled. This long-time dream manifested in the shape of a two-story, inspirational gem from the 1800s…wrap around porch included! When these soon-to-be empty nesters entrusted me to sell their much newer home and help them purchase an almost 200-year-old home, I knew my role as a dual agent would be significant.
